Ruth Casebolt Obituary

Juanita Ruth Casebolt, 86, of Minford, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 at SOMC Hospice. Born August 6, 1932 in Eden Park, a daughter of the late Charles L. and Lacy Adams Wilson, she was a 1950 Valley High School graduate and retired from AT & T in Columbus in 1988. She was a member of Bethlehem Free Will Baptist Church and attended Salem Community Church. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Kenas Casebolt; one son, Vancil Ray (Cindy) Casebolt; three daughters, Vicki Lynn (Michael) Sussman, Pina Jean (Michael) Barcus, Deborah Kay (Bill) Beckett; nine grandchildren, Angela, Jenifer, Casey, Beth, Jesse, Adam, Vance, Andrea, Sarah, and 14 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Carl Wilson, George Wilson; three sisters, Margery Bolander, Katherine Cox and Nola Fay Wilson in infancy, and one great grandson, Marcelo.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Bernie Tilly and Dennis Evans officiating. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery in Minford. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service.
