Albert Curtiss McClaskey, Jr., 62, of Lucasville passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at SOMC Hospice. Born March 5, 1956 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Albert Curtiss McClaskey, Sr. and Robert Louise Smith McClaskey, he was a truck driver and was of the Christian faith. He is survived by his wife, Debra (White) McClaskey; 2 sons, Jason McClaskey, Josh Shelley; five daughters, Amy McClaskey, Tamela McClaskey, Cassandra McClaskey, Tiffany McClaskey, Heavenly McClaskey; two brothers, Bill McClaskey, Steve McClaskey; one sister, Kathy McClaskey, and a special friend, Mike Ramey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Joshua McClaskey; brother, Jerry McClaskey, and two sisters, MaryAnn Snyder and Kim McClaskey. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Mark Bales officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
