Angela Kay Bailey, 42, of Wheelersburg passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017 at SOMC. She was born August 2, 1974 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late David and Patsy Rader Wells. Angela was a Home Health Aid. She enjoyed life and brought joy to people around her. She is survived by her fiancé, Shan Clark of Wheelersburg, a brother, Ryan (Brook) Wells; two nieces, Allie and Adrian Wells; grandfather Rob Wells; her papaw whom she lived with and loved with all her heart, Dan Rader, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who cherished her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Nettie Rader and Helen Wells. A celebration of life will be at the convenience of the family.
