Barbara L. Hickman, 91 of Minford passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at SOMC Hospice. She was born January 18, 1932 in Sciotoville, a daughter of the late Russell and Gertrude Shonkwiler Hayward, she was a former employee of Equitable Of Iowa (ING Insurance Company) and Martin Marietta. Barb attended Rubyville Community Church and was a member of Scioto Memorial Hospital Guild for 20 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Cindy (Danny) Waulk, Debbie (Fred) Blair; three grandchildren, Hillary (Jacob) Llewellyn, Kiley (Devin) Anderson, Hannah (Isaiah) Carranza; four great grandchildren, Harper and Addalynn Llewellyn, Mackenzie and Lennox Anderson, and one brother, Roger Hayward. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Everett "Skip" Hickman on May 2, 2010, and one brother, Troy Hayward.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Calvin Ray Evans, Pastor Brian Baer, and Eli Duduit officiating.
