Betty Joe Daniels, 88 of Minford, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Bristol Village in Waverly. She was born December 10, 1935 in Cabell County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Varnatt) Schouster, she was a East High School graduate, and was retired from Blackburns as a Cashier.

She is survived by her first husband's family, a daughter, Donna (Ed) Parker, who she raised; three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren, and a sister, Joanna Neff, and her second husband's family, two sons, Bernard King, Donald Daniels, eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John King; her second husband, Melvin Daniels; five sisters, Vivian Colley, Annabelle Schouster, Mary Phillips, Eleanor Williams, Charlene Gifford; three brothers, Robert Schouster, Russell Schouster, Loren Schouster; one daughter, Dana Withrow, and one son, David King.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2023 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be in Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.
