Betty Rosemary Lore, 64, of Lucasville, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She was born February 13, 1961 in Portsmouth, daughter of the late Carl Dickerson and Rosemary (Pressley) Fugate and was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Rusty Lore, Keith Lore; a sister, Debbie Stacy; a step-sister, Sanua Bays; two step-brothers, Aaron Dickerson, Carl Dickerson; five grandchildren, Cameron Lore, Madison Lore, Caden Lore, Shanel Weatherford, Brian Lore; two nephews, Tim Stacy, Ray Stacy; three nieces, Carmen Wadkins, Contessa (Fugate) Hyer, Sidney Halleck; her best friend/cousin, Elaine Lane; best friend, Paula Halleck; her cousin/friend, William Lee Lester, and great nephew, Timothy Stacy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Spencer Ray Lore; step-father, Walter Fugate; brother, Carl Dickerson (Cougar), step-brother, Walter Fugate, Jr., and a step-sister, Christy Fugate.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Mike Bentley officiating. Burial will be at Lucasville Cemetery in Lucasville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday and one hour prior to the service on Sunday.
