Betty Agnes Williams, 93 of Portsmouth passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Edgewood Manor in Lucasville. She was born October 17, 1930 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Bernice Downey Miller and Samuel Miller. She was a former employee of Columbus Paperbox Company and was a homemaker.

She is survived by four sons, Roger (Dawn) Roberts, Brett Williams, Donald (Patience) Williams, Charles Williams; six grandchildren, Vicki Vanhorn, Terry Meadows, David Brown, Christine Kapp, Timothy Williams, Courtney Arnold; thirteen great grandchildren, Dalton Kapp, Tristan Kapp, Jeremy Taylor, Charles Ogg, Trinity Williams, Isabella Ogg, Paitynn Arnold, Natalie Arnold, Logan Williams, Ellis Arnold, Haleigh Williams, Sean Williams, Lindsey Burns, and a cousin, Pamela Gilliam. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Russell Williams on July 23, 1981; a granddaughter, Ashley Ogg; two brothers, Theodore Roberts, Harold Miller and two sisters, Biance Miller, and Alva Miller.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 29, 2024 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace.
