Burley Ray Havens, 59, of Portsmouth passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. He was born July 19, 1958 in Portsmouth, a son of Fern Muck Havens and the late George Havens. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Dovie Smith Havens; one son, Ryan Havens; one grandson, Gage Havens; one brother, Richard Havens and loved by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Rick Arthur officiating.
