Carolyn Sue Whisman, 73 of Lucasville passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at SOMC. She was born September 14, 1949 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Dewey and Lorene Colley Holsinger, she was retired from Golden Years and was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Steven (Christie) Whisman, Brian (Antoinette) Whisman; two grandsons, Isaac Whisman, Aaron Whisman; one sister, Shirley Holsinger, and one brother, Richard Holsinger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Whisman on March 2, 1996.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 18, 2023 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Mike Bentley officiating. Burial will be at Jacobs Cemetery in Lucasville.
