Charles Michael "Mike" Coe, 76 , of Lockborne, a former Scioto County resident, passed away December 8, 2025 at his residence. He was born December 19, 1948 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Frank and Nancy Kathleen (Duncan) Coe. He was a former employee of the City of Portsmouth Water Dept., and attended Shawnee Hills Baptist Church and Rivers of Joy Baptist Church. Mike was a US Army veteran.

He is survived by one step-daughter, Theresa (Kevin) Duckson; three step-sons, Robbie Heising, Jimmy Whitt, Troy (Sherrie) Whitt; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; one sister, Mary Meyers, and one brother, Paul Coe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith E. Coe on September 27, 2011; two brothers, Joe Coe, Rusty Coe; two sisters, Lilly Allen, and Nancy Diles, and two nephews, Paul Coe, Jr. and Charles "Chipper" Allen.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2025 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Mike Simpson officiating. Burial will be at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Military graveside rites will be conducted by James Irwin Post No. 622 American Legion and William A. Baker Post No. 363.
