Charlotte Carol Mullins, 76 of Wheelersburg went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. She was born April 18, 1946 in Oklahoma, a daughter of the late Doyle Desma and Jessie Whisenhunt Smith, she was a secretary for US Bank and attended Minford Bible Baptist Church. Charlotte was a devoted wife who had the most golden heart and was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Charlotte is survived by one daughter, Sherrie (Chris) Blair; son-in-law, Kevin La Framboise, Sr.; eleven grandchildren, Sarah Kent, Kevin La Framboise, Jeremiah La Framboise, Charlotte La Framboise, Charity Hiles, Rebecca Mullins, Terry "TJ" Mullins, II, Katelyn Sheppard, Charlene Kettler, Lilly Mullins, London Mullins; twelve great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Jeanette Mullins; one brother, Ronnie Smith; one sister, Mary Copenhaver; her niece, Sharon Chavez; her best friend/caregiver, Darlene Rife, and other several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Mullins, Jr. on October 10, 2022; two sons, Terry Mullins, Kevin Mullins, and one sister, Viva Day.

Funeral services will be conducted at Noon Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Minford Bible Baptist with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Burial will be in South Webster Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 10:00 a.m. to Noon prior to the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford.
