Cheryl Ann McRoberts, 79 , of Wheelersburg passed away into her eternal heavenly home surrounded by family on July 15, 2024 at SOMC Hospice Center.  She was of the Baptist faith.

She was born in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Virginia Ruth Cook on August 26, 1944.  As a child she moved to Scioto County where she graduated from Minford High School in the Class of 1962.  She retired from the Atomic A-Plant in Piketon after 26 years of service.  Together with her husband Dean, they enjoyed fishing, bowling, gambling, showing show cars and traveling to many states.  She was an avid lover of Ohio State Buckeye Football, Cincinnati Reds, and Cincinnati Bengals.  She will always be remembered as a kind, caring and loving soul.

She is survived by her husband, Everett Dean McRoberts, whom she married on August 25, 1962.  Two sons, Michael (Kimberly) McRoberts and David McRoberts. A grandson, Cody McRoberts and two granddaughters Kristin (Robby) Logan and Alaina McRoberts.  A great grandson, Maverick McRoberts and great granddaughter, Letti Reynolds in addition to Baby Logan that will be arriving soon.

The family would like to extend special thanks to SOMC Hospice Center on their efforts to make her final hours as peaceful as possible.  During her time of need her caregivers who treated her as family.  Sharon Hallam, Rhonda Howard, Lou Keith and Tammy Harris.  Thank you will never be enough for the excellent care you provided.
