Christopher James Cronin, 63, of Minford, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at his residence. He was born May 2, 1962, in Portsmouth, to Janet Ruth (Whitt) Cronin and the late Carl Joseph Cronin. Christopher was a 1980 Minford High School graduate, was employed by KSA in Sciotoville, and was a member of Grace Fellowship Church.  He found joy in the outdoors, being an avid fisherman and a lover of birds. He was a Cleveland Browns fan.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Cathleen Jill Cronin; his grandson, Wyatt; five brothers and sisters, William Kenneth (Vickie) Cronin, Rebecca Ann (Blair) Jones, Jennifer Ruth (Mark) King, John Benjamin (Julie) Cronin, Allyson Denise (Jason) Messer, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Jo Perry; and a special friend, Darla.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Eric Floyd officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
