Clarence Robert Clifford, 72, of New Boston, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. Born September 4, 1945 in Canton, Ohio, a son of the late Cecil and Hazel Margaret (Warner) Clifford, he was a Navy veteran. He is survived by a brother, Dale (Linda) Clifford; eight sisters, Louise (James) Smith, Ada Culp, Eunice McKenzie, Patricia Culp, Carol (Lester) Fortune, Sharon (Jack) Reed, Wanda (Harold) Barton, Barbara Werline, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dewey Clifford and his twin Lawrence Clifford.
