Clotavis Spriegel, 81, formerly of Minford, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017 at National Church Residence @ Bristol Village in Waverly. Born April 30, 1936 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Richard and Minerva Lands Reffitt, she was a former employee of the U.S. Postal Service, was a member of Eastern Star in Waverly and Postal Union NAPUS organization. She is survived by one son, Dwayne T. (Kelly) Willison of Minford; one granddaughter, Anna Willison; one sister, Theda (Donald) Losasso of Canal Winchester; one brother, Richard (Mary) Reffitt of Beaver; one niece, Treva (Steve) Harmon of Beaver; three nephews, Hurston McGraw of Waverly; Kevin (Wendy) Yost of Lucasville; Richard Reffitt, II of Beaver; three great nephews, Pearson McGraw, Slade McGraw, Ian Yost; two great nieces, Kathleen McGraw, Amelia Reffitt, and a special friend, Carrie Biggs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, John Willison and Carl Dan Spriegel, and four sisters, Octiva Denny, Aliliva Juhn, Roberta Yost, Dixie McGraw.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Jeff Humble officiating. Burial will be at Owl Creek Cemetery.
