Darlene Faith (Hammond) Twinam, 82, of Portsmouth went home with the Lord on Saturday January 23, 2016. Darlene was born on December 31, 1933 in Canton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her late husband, William Twinam and parents, Reverend Orval and Lela (Spencer) Hammond; two brothers and two sisters, Paul in infancy, Wand and Willodean Hammond and Imogene Ison; three children, Pamela and Angela, both in infancy and Deborah Twinam. Darlene is survived by seven children and their families, Brenda (Danny) Lawson and Cheryl (Virgil) Laxton both of Lucasville, William (Linda) Twinam Jr. of Portsmouth, Linda 'Rose' Twinam of Westerville, Donna (Terry) Swanson and James Twinam of Groesbeck, TX and Steve Twinam (Jim Pugh) of New Albany; and one sister, Verna (Ed) Patterson of Beaver. Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Erwin Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Larry Blevins officiating.
