Deloris Ann Howell, 80 of Minford passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 at her residence. Born March 26, 1941 in Inez, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Ivory and Laura DeLong Mullins, she was a homemaker and private home caregiver. Deloris was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother.

She is survived by one daughter, Jeanie (Bob) Adams; son, Floyd Howell, III "Spooner"; six grandchildren, Brittany (Errik) Dummitt, Robert (Jackie) Adams, Michael Adams, Alexander Adams, Beth Howell McGraw, Renea Freeland; six great grandchildren, Ethan Howell, Loranica Howell, Floyd Howell IV "Jabber", Ivory Howell, Zephyrus Bentley, Errik "Mansie" Dummitt, Jr., Aspen Adams; special cousin, Andrew (Gail) DeLong, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death one son, Floyd Howell, Jr.; one brother, Paul Mullins, and one sister, Opal Shope.

Graveside services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2021 at Mullins Family Cemetery, 176 Buck Lick Creek Road, Minford, Ohio 45653 with Mike Simpson officiating.
