Donald Ray Lyons, 70, of Minford, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Born June 26, 1946 a son of the late Vondon Virgil and Beatrice (McGraw) Lyons, he was a graduate of Minford High School Class of 1966, attended Christ Community Church, and was a former President of the Ohio Association of Deaf. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Gene Lyons. He is survived by a sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery in Minford.
