Donald Twinam, Sr., 70, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 13, 1956, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to Anna "Dot" Twinam, and the late Donald Eugene Twinam.

Donald will be remembered for the love he gave to those closest to him and for the joy he found in the things that mattered most to him. He loved working on cars, and he loved his family, especially his grandchildren. Those who knew him will remember a man whose life was deeply centered on the people he cared for and the time he shared with them.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jeannette (Winn) Twinam; three children, Donald (Nina) Twinam, Rachael Twinam, and her fiancé, Brian Muck and Rebecca (Roy) Collins. He leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Logan, Kailista, Lindsey, Ethan, Emma, Madeline, Sean, Cooper, Haley, Emily, Conner, and MaKenna, as well as his great-grandson, Rolland. Donald is also survived by his brother, Randy Twinam; his sisters, Jane (Frank) Fedele and Regina (Brian) Carter. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Chard Twinam, Denis Twinam, and by his grandchildren, Peyton Twinam and Tatum Twinam.

Donald’s memory will live on in the family he loved so dearly and in the many moments they shared together. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
