Donna Jean Chandler, 76 of Portsmouth passed away Friday, May 7, 2021 at home. She was born April 12, 1945 in Sciotoville, a daughter of the late Chester and Mary Mabel Hewlett Mullins.

She is survived by two daughters, Tammy Madden, Robin Fraley; one son, Brian Chandler; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; one sister, Wanda Kuhns, and one brother, Gary Mullins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Adalyn Chandler, and her twin brother in infancy, Ronald Mullins.
