Edna Mae Spradlin, 71, of Lucasville, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. Born May 22, 1947 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Thomas Frank Cox and Ivory E. (Keaton) Cox, she was a homemaker and attended Minford Community Church. She is survived by her husband, Leo Spradlin; two sons and daughters-in - law; Randy and Pam Spradlin, Tom and Jill Spradlin; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, and a sister Betty Conrad. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Jim Cox. A funeral service will be conducted Noon, Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Wymer Cemetery in Rubyville with Pastor Calvin Ray Evans officiating. No calling hours will be observed.
