Elaine Victoria Evans, 71 , of Lucasville passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020 at her residence. Born August 7, 1949 in Columbus, a daughter of the late Carl and Marie Hale Miller. Vicki was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Evans; three children, Carl (Angie) Sarver, Mary Ann (Sam) Harper, Maggie Evans; six grandchildren, Andrea Sarver, Joshie Sarver, Ranaie Sarver, Bobby Sarver, Brandy Sarver, Brian Harper; fourteen great grandchildren, Gabriel, Elijah, Noah, Kyle, Shilo, Zadian, Bryson, Juliet, Carter, Bobby, Dalton, Journey, Colton, Elijah, and three sisters, Joyce Graham, Linda Rill, Becky Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Bobby Sarver.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Scioto Cemetery in Lucasville with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, everyone is asked to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing procedures and guidelines.
