Delphia Faith Hartley, 89, of Minford, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018 at her residence. Born August 4, 1929 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Nettie Debo, she was a LPN, and a member of the former Madison Grange. She is survived by a son, Page (Karla) Hartley; seven grandchildren; several great grand children, and the Royster family who were very special to her. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Edward "Sandy" Hartley; a son, John Albert Hartley, and a daughter, Nettie Jane White. Graveside Services will be conducted Noon Monday, October 21, 2018 at White Gravel Cemetery in Minford with Jason Coriell officiating.
