Fanny Kay Noel, 53 of Portsmouth passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 at her brother's residence in Greenup, Kentucky. Born November 20, 1968 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Jasper and Patricia Wilson Triplett, she was graduate of Minford High School and was an STNA.

She is survived by one daughter, Brittney (Brandon) Austin; one son, Joshua Noel; four grandchildren; three brothers, Tony Triplett, Tommy Triplett, Jasper Triplett, and two sisters, Angie Triplett, and Billie Jo Slark.
