Faye Collins McGinnis, 85 of Lucasville passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021 at SOMC Hospice. Born August 20, 1935 in Lometa, Texas, a daughter of the late David and Mattie Truitt Burns, she was a homemaker and attended Sunshine Church of Christ. She was a member of Minford Garden Club and State President for the OAGC.

She is survived by her husband, Norman E. McGinnis; one daughter, Debra Collins; one step-son, Randall (Patty) McGinnis; three grandchildren, Anthony (Becky) Sowards, Amy (Wade) Coriell, David (Holly) Collins, Jr.; four step-grandchildren, Chris (Jamie) McGinnis, Lane McGinnis, Becky (Bruce) Kalb, Ryan Kelly and their children; four great grandchildren, Tyler Speas, Sydney Speas, Autumn Jackson, Ashley Johnson, and one sister, Nancy (Tommy) Thogmartin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Estel A. Collins; son, David Estel Collins, and a step-son, Steven Christopher McGinnis.
