Flo Turner, 78 of Minford passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Concord Health & Rehab Center in Wheelersburg. She was born December 17, 1942 in Floyd Co., Kentucky, a daughter of the late Garvis and Naomi Gearhart Turner. Flo attended Star Workshop, was in 4-H, and liked crafts and housework.

She is survived by two sisters, Linda Vulgamore, Judy Steele, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Tom; one sister, Lana Prince, and two brothers-in-law Richard Vulgamore and Harry Steele.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be at Salisbury Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
