Floyd V. Mullins, 86 of Minford passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020 at SOMC Hospice. Born May 28, 1934 in Pike County, Kentucky, a late son of Dell and Sallie Reed Mullins he was a former employee of Empire Detroit Steel, N&S Railroad and Shaffer Supermarket. He attended Scioto Furnace International Pentecostal Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Leona Stiles Mullins; two sons, Dennis (Diane) Mullins, Tony Mullins; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister, Marie Stephenson, and five brothers, Glenn Mullins, Roy Mullins, Carl Mullins, Ricky Mullins, and Ernie Mullins. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by one daughter in infancy, Nancy Jane Mullins; two brothers, Elmer Mullins, Randy Mullins, one sister, Edith Mullins.
