Frances A. Jordan, 94, of West Liberty, Ohio, a former Wheelersburg area resident, passed away Monday March 6, 2017 at Green Hills Center in West Liberty, Ohio. Born May 16, 1922 in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of the late Alva R. and Melissa Jane (Cooper) McGraw, she was a homemaker. She is survived by four daughters, Anita (Eric) Kirk of Loveland, Ann (Raleigh) Haney of Huber Heights, Norma (Bob) Miller of Wheelersburg, Mary (Mike) Lintz of Lakeview; nine grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; a great great grandchild, and a sister, Kathleen (Jacque) Wineka of Sciotodale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman S. "Cotton" Jordan on January 1, 2000; four brothers, Wilbur McGraw, Paul McGraw, Cecil McGraw, Howard McGraw, and a sister, Esther Smith. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2017 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Steve Mann officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.
