Franklin Woodrow Mustain, 82, of Wheelersburg passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at SOMC. Born June 1, 1936 in Portsmouth and was a son of the late Arnold Rodney Mustain and Lilly Carter Mustain Fairchild. He was a roofing contractor and a US Marine veteran. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Frances Layher Mustain; four sons, Steven (Gina) Mustain, Terry (Cathy) Mustain, Jerry (Opal) Mustain, Kenneth Mustain and his fiancé, Jane King; fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and one brother, Arnold Mustain. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lonnie Mustain and a sister, JoAnn Smith. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2018 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Military graveside rites will be conducted by James Dickey Post 23 American Legion.
