Grady Dwayne Ratliff, 62 , of Portsmouth, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at his residence. He was born July 29, 1961 in Pikeville, Kentucky to the late Van and Juanita (Compton) Ratliff, and worked in Security.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra "Sandy" Brady Ratliff; one son, Cole Ratliff; one brother, Bobby Ratliff; one sister, Pam (Gary Parker) Ratliff, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Kermit Compton.
