Harry John Dolan, 75, of Minford passed away Sunday, October 18, 2015 at SOMC. Born May 8, 1940 in Chicago, IL, son of the late Harry John Dolan, Sr. and Nadine Meeker Dolan, he was retired from the N&S Railroad. He was a member of James Irwin Post #622 American Legion, was a U.S. Navy veteran and attended Minford United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Bassler) Dolan; one brother, John Martin (Linda) Dolan of Danville, IL; son, Michael (Cindy) Dolan of Minford; grandson, Joe (Jenna) McGuire, with great grandchildren, Laryn, Brody and Aubrey; grandson, Christopher Dolan and granddaughter, Sarah Dolan and her fiancé, Erik Gambill; son, Rick O'Neil of Akron; daughter, Laura A. Squirek of Denver, CO with fiancé, Richard T. Carstens; grandson, Randall (Shawna) Squirek; with great grandchildren, Ashton and Brooklyn and granddaughter, Nadine Squirek. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Dennis Bell officiating. Burial will be at Squire Cemetery in Minford. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Military graveside rites will be conducted by James Irwin Post No. 622 American Legion and William A. Baker Post No. 363.
