Hayes Oliver Lawhorn, was born into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. He is survived by his parents, Derek and Chelsea Lawhorn; two sisters, Brelynn Lawhorn, Olivia Lawhorn; maternal grandparents, Renee (Charles) Howard, Randy Ison; paternal grandparents, Sandra Lawhorn, Jerry (Sondra) Lawhorn; maternal great grandfather, Carlton Hayes; paternal great grandparents, Dean and Doris Bobst, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Hayes was preceded in death by paternal great grandparents, Judy Miller and Jerry Lawhorn, and maternal great grandparents, Bonnie Bell Ison and Jackie Hayes. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Stockdale Baptist Church with Pastor Rick Evans and Ryan Lawhorn officiating. Friends may call at the church one-hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers the family asks that small stuffed animals be brought to the service to donate to Ohio State University Hospital. These stuffed animals will be given to other families that have lost children.
