Helen Lucille Green, 86 of Lucasville passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at her residence. She was born December 23, 1934 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Mallalieu Castor and Bertha Mae Walker Morris and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, whom she married January 31, 1953, Francis Ulysses Green; five children, Michael U. Green, Carole Keesler, Matthew (Bonnie) Green, all of Lucasville, Mary (Stephen) Zafer of Springhill, Florida, Benjamin (Merry) Green; seven grandchildren, David (Jill) Green of Brunswick, GA, Heather (Justin) Meier of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Justin (Rebecca) Green of McDermott, Constantinos Zafer of Springhill, Florida, Benjamin Levi Green, Justin (Courtney) Russell of Peebles, Brittany Russell of Kentucky; ten great grandchildren, Leah, Isaiah, Josiah Green, Dinah, Daniel, Bekah Meier, Kadence Prince, Gabriel, Kaitlynn, William Green; one sister, Stella McWhorter, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Megan Erin Green; three brothers, Clyde Morris, Clarence Morris, Chester Morris, and three sisters, Edna Mae, Hazel and Louise.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be at Mound Cemetery.
