Jacqueline "Jackie" L. Smith, 58 of Minford passed away Friday, February 16, 2024 at SOMC. She was born October 26, 1965 in Xenia, Ohio, a daughter of Russell Foster and the late Joan (Knisley) Foster, she was a Unit Clerk @ SOMC and attended Minford Community Church.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Tim Smith; two sons, Charlie Thomas, Rusty Smith; one step-son, Timothy Smith; three grandchildren, Mariah Smith, Mason Smith, Lexi Smith; three sisters, Jean, Janet, Tina; one brother, Larry, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Chris Oiler officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from Noon until the service hour. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
