James Solomon Blevins, 69, of Wheelersburg, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Best Care Nursing & Rehab Center. Born September 8, 1946 in Johnson County, Kentucky, a son of the late Lonza and Eliza Frazier Blevins, he was factory worker and truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Winona Spry Blevins, and five sisters, Betty Foster of Lucasville, Marie Wallen of Wynona Lake, IN, Ruth Reynolds of Paintsville, KY, Judy Blevins of Cincinnati, and Susie Sudbrook of Beaver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert Blevins, Lonzo Blevins, and four sisters, Marybelle Hurt, Ella Blair, Lori Blevins, and Bonnie Jean Crabtree. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Bennett Cemetery in Minford with Jason Coriell officiating.
