Janet Marie Leach, 80, of Lucasville passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Born May 19, 1937 in South Webster, a daughter of the late William and Zelma (Spires) Leadingham, she was a retired secretary for Clay Local Schools, a member of the Lucasville Eastern Star, and a member of Christ Brethren Church. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Clyde E. Leach; a son, Robert Leach of Rubyville; a daughter, Donna (Brandon) Hurt of Rubyville, and two grandchildren, Bryson Hurt and Ashley Hurt. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 5, 2018 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Everett Martin officiating. Burial will be at Universal Cemetery in Rubyville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
