Jerry "Pat" Bennett, 78, of Minford passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018 at his residence. Born November 26, 1939 in Scioto County, a son of the late Ormund S. and Ann Mae Rickey Bennett, he was a 1957 graduate of Minford High School and of Rio Grande University, was a superintendent of the Open Hearth at Cyclops in Portsmouth and retired as superintendent of transportation at Armco in Mansfield. Pat was an avid sports fan, was the voice of the Falcons, a basketball official, baseball umpire, and attended Minford Community Church. He was a member of Western Sun Lodge No. 91 and a 32
