Jerry Ray Lewis, 80 , of Minford passed away December 21, 2020 at Portsmouth Health & Rehabilitation in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born October 12, 1940 in Scioto County, Ohio, a son of the late Luther Lewis and Lona Frances (Parker) Lewis. He was a lifetime farmer and loved working on the family farm.

He is survived by his daughter, Penny Evans; his son, Daniel Lewis; his step-daughter, Helen (Mike) Trapp; six grandchildren, John Evans, Doug Evans, Kathy Evans, Daniel Lee Lewis, Sunshine Lewis, Sarah (Tony) Cottrill; ten great grandchildren, one great great grandson, and one sister, Winnie Jacobs.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Mary Ann (Keller) Lewis on September 15, 2020; two sisters, Betty Meadows, Pauline Caseman; five brothers, Russell Lewis, Bill Lewis, Carl Lewis, Edward Lewis, Jack Lewis, and his son-in-law, Delbert Evans.

Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
