Jessie E. Czubernat, 95, of Minford, passed away Monday, December 28, 2015. Born July 11, 1920 in Schenectady, New York, a daughter of the late Max and Anna (Jasniewski) Nowicka, she was a Registered Nurse at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, New York. She is survived by one daughter, Pat (Al) Sanford, of Minford; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and seven great great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John G. Czubernat on July 1, 2003; two sisters, and two brothers. Funeral Services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna, New York.
