Carl Wayne "Skeet" Keller, Jr., 60, of Minford, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 at his residence. Born February 28, 1955 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Carl Wayne Keller, Sr. and Marvis Joy Swords Keller, he was a 1973 graduate of Clay High School and was involved in 4-H for 50+ years. He was a truck driver for 30 years and was currently employed with Portsmouth City Schools. He is survived by his wife, Danielle Clausing Keller of Minford; one son, Carl Wayne "Skip" Keller, III and his wife, Lyndsey; two daughters, Candace Danielle Keller-Goody of Minford and Cassandra Jo Chain and her husband, Bryan of Philadelphia, PA; four grandchildren, Justus William Gage Keller-Adkins, Brady Thomas Keller, John William Keller and Kylie Alexandra Chain; one sister, Debarah (Gregg) Peed; his mother-in-law, Louise Clausing, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, William "Bill" Clausing.
Private family services were held Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Pastor Brian Baer officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford.
