Judyth Fay Watts, 47, of Portsmouth, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024. Born February 4, 1977 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Chester Watts and Tina Gollihue. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Heather Moore; two grandchildren, Paisley Moore and Noah Moore; five sisters, Debbie Watts, Wanda Gollihue, Misty Gollihue, Amy Howard, and Christy Sanders, and two nephews, Robert Eldridge III and Kyle Watts.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
