Justin Boyd Steele, 35 , of Portsmouth, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025. He was born October 13, 1990 in Portsmouth, a son of Heather Steele and the late Brian Damron, he was owner/operator of Big Steele Towing, and a member of Southern Cruisers Riding Club Chapter 369.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Justin Robert "JR" Steele, Bryson Scott Lee Carrier; one daughter, McKenzie Rayne Tice; his wife, Natasha Carrier; grandfather, Robert C. Steele; two sisters, Jordan Shawna Steele, Shawna (Scottie) Wise; two brothers, James Damron, Brian Damron; his aunt, Tonya Steele; uncle, Tracy Bias; brother-in-law and best friend, Christopher Cody Yelley, and several other family members and friends. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pat Steele.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Brent Saxton officiating.
