Lorne "Rocky" Dingess, 52, of Lucasville passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017. Born August 4, 1964 in Columbus, a son of the late John W. and Rev. Lucy Dyer Dingess, he was a masonry construction worker and of the Pentecostal faith. He is survived by one son, Lorne Matthew Dingess; one daughter, Katie (Hollyrock) Fisher; five grandchildren, and four sisters, Johna Bush of Portsmouth, Kimberly Davis of Lucasville, Tammy Charles of Lucasville, and Sheila Dingess of Lucasville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony "Tony" Dingess; nephew, Michael Davis, and two brother-in-laws, Tim Bush and Mike Davis. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2017 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Tammy Charles officiating.
