Marlene Kelly, 76 of Minford passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024 at her home. She was born May 18, 1947 in Paintsville, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Bernard and Anna Lee (Scarberry) Vanhoose and was co-owner of Kelly's Carpet in Portsmouth.

She is survived by one daughter, Colena Rena (Nick) Davis; one son, Gregory Aaron (Angie) Kelly; four granddaughters, Jessica Kelly, Sarah Kelly, Sydney Wisener, Rachel (Matt) Kaculis; three grandson, Aaron (Cate) Wisener, Brett Wisener, Damien Kelly; six great grandchildren, Kayden, Macy, Ivy, Hallie, Johnny, Max; two brothers, Steven Vanhoose, Larry (Debbie) Vanhoose; longtime relative and friend, Tami Hensley, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Colen Lee Kelly; one son, Brian Eric Kelly, and three sisters, Kathy Blackburn, Darlene Howell, Ruth (Bob) Bayes.

A private family graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 30, 2024 at South Webster Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
