Mary Louise Bobbs, 87, of New Boston, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 at Best Care Nursing Home & Rehab Center in Wheelersburg. Born August 12, 1927 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Edward Odell and Geneva Carver Payne, she was a STNA and was a member of Twin Valley Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by two brothers, Ralph (Rosie) Payne of Florida and Robert (Loretta) Payne of Minford; one sister, Phyllis Carter of Florence, Kentucky, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Bobbs; three brothers, Gaylord Payne, Willard Payne, Lloyd Payne, and three sisters, Violet Briggs, Edith Graley and Madeline Lutz. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Don Noel officiating.
