Mary Frances "Dutch" Wilson, 92, of Minford, died Saturday, June 4, 2016 in the same house where she was born, March 22, 1924. She was a daughter of the late George Brenton McClellan Wilson and Grace E. (Snodgrass) Wilson. Dutch was a member of Minford United Methodist Church, a graduate of Minford High School in the class of 1943, a member of the Lucasville Order of the Easter Star # 495, worked for William's Shoe Manufacturing in Portsmouth for 33 years and retired in 1987 from Goodyear Atomic Corporation, with 10 years of service. She is survived by a sister, Carolyn Kay (David) Blackburn of Columbus, Ohio; nine nieces and nephews, Carolyn Cupp, David Wilson, Elva Busch, Mary Ellen Schatz, Dean Parks, George Parks, Diane Wallace, Daniel Murphy, Lisa Frieling; and fourteen great nieces and great nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert David Wilson and two sisters, Cynthia Ellen Murphy and Kathryn Joan Park. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Dennis Bell Officiating. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery in Minford. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service on Tuesday. The family would like to give a special thanks to all the nurses at Professional Case Management.
