Michael Coriell, 62 of Minford passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, WV.  He was born December 16, 1960 in Scioto County, a son of the late Vernon and Betsy J. Askin Coriell, he was a 1979 Minford High School Graduate, retired from Scioto County CTC and attended Sunshine Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Peach Coriell; three sons, Greg (Nikki) Coriell, Tim (Vanessa) Coriell, Jay Coriell; four grandchildren, Kieran Bauer, Alex Coriell, Ana Coriell, Ellis Coriell, and three brothers, Gavin (Karen) Coriell, Jonathan (Tamela) Coriell, and David (Marsha) Coriell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandchild, Sam Coriell, and a brother and sister in infancy, Vernon Lee and Lou Ann Coriell.

Graveside memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Coriell Family Cemetery, 997 Coriell Road, Portsmouth, Ohio with Jamie Riley and Jason Coriell officiating.
