Michael Lonnie Smith, 29, of Minford passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born August 14, 1986 in Scioto County, a son of Freddie and Annette (Blackburn) Smith. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, Isaac Smith, Nevaeh Smith; long time girl friend, Jennifer Gillem; two sisters, Serena (Anthony) Johnson, Selena (Matthew) Lorts; one brother, Buster (Stacey) Smith, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Kevin Hay officiating. Burial will be at White Cemetery in Minford.
