Miles William Rayburn, 49, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Born June 17, 1967 in Portsmouth, Ohio a son of Norma (Gulley) Rayburn of Portsmouth and the late Webster William Rayburn, he was a graduate of Minford High School Class of 1985 and attended New Beginnings Outreach Ministries. He is survived by his fiancée, Karen Kessinger; two daughters, Courtney Skeens of Proctorville, OH, Whitney Rayburn of Portsmouth; three brothers, Tim Rayburn of Mesa, AZ, Stephen Todd Rayburn of Crittenden, Kentucky, David Rayburn of Waverly; Tammy Ruby of Minford, Faith Coriell of Portsmouth, and one grandchild, Adalyn Skeens. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by is wife, Belinda (Conley) Rayburn; a brother, Larry Rayburn, and a sister, Penny Bradshaw. Funeral Services will be Noon Monday, September 12, 2016 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Barry Pelphry officiating.
