Neal Harless Ratliff, 71 , of Minford went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at his residence. He was born May 6, 1951 in Portsmouth, a son of Dorothy M. Locke Ratliff and the late James H. Ratliff. Neal loved church, playing music, target practice, playing guitar, piano, harmonica and singing in church.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Shirley Ratliff; one sister, Jamey Ratliff; five nephews, Jay (Andrea) Meyers, Chris (Kristy) Davis, Shane (Janel) Davis, Andy Kelley, Josh Kelley; two nieces, Joy (Curtis) Rodgers, Tori (Talon) Culbertson, and thirteen great nieces and nephews, Ashley Buitendorp, Will Buitendorp, Zach Buitendorp, Delaney Meyers, Claire Meyers, Trace Culbertson, Traeh Culbertson, Payton Davis, Brayden Davis, Keilyn Davis, Kynedi Davis, Kerigan Davis, and Kambrie Davis. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Deborah Golden.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 14, 2022 at Minford Bible Baptist in Minford with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery in Piketon.
